Educational Objectives

It aims to train competent people leading a fisheries development by providing new information and knowledges to technicians and managers in fisheries
It aims to educate potential people for securing fisheries resources in a fierce international competition
It aims to both promote a globalization of fisheries by establishing networks for leading experts, and enhance predominance in development and utilization of overseas fishery resources

It is necessary to reeducate people who are working in the national and public research institutes, fisheries related administrative institutions, and fisheries enterprises on the newly advanced fisheries technology and policy
Desires for education and research of fisheries experts are high and global experts are needed due to an increase of international seafood trade
Demand of international education experts increases due to an increase of imported fishery products
Interests on marine industry increase due to an increase of its practicality not only as a future industry for next generation, but also as a diverse industrial utilization of marine resources on the strength of advanced science and information technology
