- Overview
○ Designed specifically for students from English-speaking regions and Southeast Asia, this program is one of Korea’s
pioneering and leading English-medium majors specializing in tourism and hospitality. Drawing on the global-city infrastructure of Busan, Korea’s maritime capital, it provides internationally oriented education aligned with trends in the global tourism industry.
○ By combining hospitality specialization, English-medium instruction, and a multicultural environment, the department offers a distinctive and innovative program that cultivates global talent capable of working for leading tourism and hotel companies worldwide.

○ To cultivate international professionals who can lead the sustainable growth of the global tourism and hospitality industry through English-based hospitality expertise and practical competencies, with the ability to provide multicultural customer service and innovative management.

○ Cutting-edge education in collaboration with industry partners in Korea and abroad through globally oriented research and teaching in sustainable tourism, AI and digital-technology-based smart hospitality, multicultural tourism marketing in the Asia-Pacific region, and international tourism policy.
○ Global practical competencies developed through courses reflecting field environments in MICE/events (international meetings and exhibitions), cruise and aviation hospitality, service management, resorts, and hotels, as well as overseas internships and industry projects.
