Introduction to Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering


The major in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning is an applied science that systematically studies theories and technologies related to refrigeration and air conditioning. The importance and increasing necessity of these fields are recognized with the development of the level of cultural life of modern society. The related field of Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineering has a bright future as the scale of production and growth is rapidly improving every year. 


The importance of the necessary theories and practical technology in the electronics field, which we classify as refrigerators and air conditioners, transportation fields such as automobiles and ships, cooling and heating of buildings and heat pumps, air-conditioning fields such as clean rooms, new renewable energy fields such as the use of solar and untapped energy, and ultra-cold fields where high-value products are stored.

 

The major in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning aims to produce outstanding professional intellectuals in the fields of refrigeration and air conditioning, and offers lectures and experiments by outstanding faculty members, all well known in the field.
