Subject Introduction

The major is designed to contribute to human health by the scientific improvement on nutrition. To this end, the department researches and teaches students in the field ofo the distribution of nutrients on food, utilization of nutrients in the human body, determination of its physiological requirement and recommended dietary allowances, and the relation between nutrients and the human life cycle.
