2021 유엔 평화유지 장관회의 엠블럼 공모전
- 2021 유엔 평화유지 장관회의에 관심있는 국민·외국인 누구나 (개인 또는 팀 5인 이내) ● 공모 주제 - 2021 유엔 평화유지 장관회의의 개최 의미 및 비전 등을 상징적으로 표현할 수 있는 엠블럼 ● 시상 - 총 1,300만원 / 10명
● 공모 기간 - 접수기간 : 2021.05.07(금) ~ 05.28(금)까지 ● 제출 방법
※ 추후 수상시 원본파일 필수 제출 ※ 1인(팀) 응모작품수 제한 없음 / 단, 시상은 1인(팀) 1작품으로 중복수상 불가 ● 접수 방법 - 온라인 접수(www.2021unpko.kr) ● 심사 방법 - 공모 주제 반영도, 창의성 및 활용성 등을 고려 심사 ● 유의 사항 ※ 참가자는 응모시 아래 사항에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다. - 국내외 타 공모전 등에 당선되지 않은 순수 창작품이어야 하고, 표절ㆍ도용ㆍ모방 작품으로 판명될 경우 심사에서 제외됩니다. 수상 이후라도 표절 등 판명시 수상 취소와 상금 등을 회수합니다. - 출품된 작품의 저작권(저작재산권과 저작인격권)은 출품자(창작자)에게 있으며, 저작권은 응모작 수상 후에도 응모자에게 귀속됩니다. - 추후 원본파일이 없을 경우 심사에서 제외될 수 있으며, 심사결과에 따라 수상자가 발생하지 않을 수 있습니다. - 수상작과 관련하여 초상권ㆍ저작권ㆍ소유권 등 기타 제반 권리를 침해하지 않아야 하며, 향후 분쟁 등 법적분쟁 발생시 모든 법적 책임은 응모자에게 있습니다. - 수상작에 대한 저작권은 수상자에게 있으나, 공모전 주최 목적 달성을 위한 범위 내에서 수상작을 이용하는 경우 이용대가는 상금으로 대체한 것으로 간주합니다. 따라서 주최사가 공모전 이후 홍보ㆍ교육 등 공익 관련 비영리활동에서 수상작을 활용(제작ㆍ복제ㆍ편집ㆍ배포)할 수 있는 포괄적 이용 권한을 가지고, 그 기간은 수상작의 활용 목적이 소멸하는 시점으로 별도로 확정하지 않습니다. - 수상자는 주최사 이외의 제3자(개인ㆍ기업ㆍ기관 등)에게 수상작의 저작재산권을 양도하는 등 수상작에 대한 주최사의 이용권을 침해할 경우 수상 취소 및 상금을 환수 조치합니다. - 응모작품에 사용된 이미지소스, 폰트는 순수 창작물이거나 저작권에 문제가 없는 무료저작물로 사용을 권장합니다. - 출품작이 심사기준에 부합하지 않거나, 그 수준이 현격하게 낮을 경우 시상 건수가 축소되거나 시상 내역이 없을 수 있습니다. - 주최측은 입상하지 않은 응모작을 공모전 종료일로부터 3개월 이내에 모두 폐기합니다. - 응모자는 해당 요강을 숙지하여 응모함으로써 추후 수상시 작품 이용 허락에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다. - 공동 출품일 경우 대표자에게 수상권(상금)을 전달하며, 주최자는 상금 배분에 일체 관여하지 않습니다. - 상금 지급과 관련하여 개인정보(주민등록번호 등)를 요청할 수 있습니다. - 상금에 대한 제세공과금은 본인이 부담한다. - 기타 자세한 사항은 공모전 전용 홈페이지(www.2021unkpo.kr)를 참조해주시기 바랍니다. ● 문의 사항 - 공모전 사무국 씽굿 ㆍ전화 : 02-334-7005 ㆍ메일 : kjy6215@thinkcontest.com (운영시간 : 9:30~18:00 / 공휴일 제외, 점심시간 : 12:00~13:00) ※ 당선작 발표는 6월말 예정(변동가능) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2021 UN Peacekeeping Ministerial Emblem Contest ● Eligibility - Anyone interested in 2021 UN Peacekeeping Ministerial regardless of nationality. (A person and a team less than 5 people) ● Contest Theme - Design a creative emblem to help promote the significance and vision of the 2021 UN Peacekeeping Ministerial ● Prizes
● Contest Period - Friday, May 7, 2021 - Friday, May 28, 2021 (Korea Standard Time, UTC+09:00) ● Submission
※ No restrictions on the number of entries per person or a team. ※ The original file of the design must be submitted upon the announcement of the award. However, the award goes to only one emblem per person/team. ● How to submit ● Standard of Evaluation - How the contest theme is reflected, the creativity of the design, and the utilization potential of the emblem. ● Participation Rules ※ By submitting an emblem, the entrant agrees to the participation rules. - The copyright of the emblems shall belong to the entrants. The winners shall remain the holders of exclusive rights to their emblems after receipt of the awards. - The submitted emblem should be the entrant’s original work, which has not been submitted to any other contest. The Secretariat will disqualify entrants if plagiarism is found in the submitted emblem. If the winner is determined to have violated any rules, he/she will be required to forfeit or return the prize, even if the determination is made after the prize has been awarded. - The Secretariat reserves the right to disqualify entrants if he/she cannot submit the original file and may not select the winner depending on the selection outcome. - The submitted emblem should not infringe the intellectual property rights of others. The entrant shall bear all legal consequences resulting from legal disputes regarding copyright and other matters. - The copyright of the emblem shall belong to the entrants. However, the entrants agree that the cost of use is replaced by prize money without further consent or payment as determined. The 2021 UN Peacekeeping Ministerial Preparatory Secretariat is granted non-exclusive reproduction rights to refine, use, or distribute the emblem in a non-profit manner such as promotion, education, etc. The period of use will not be limited until the need to utilize emblem expires. - If the winner violates the right to use by transferring the emblem’s intellectual property rights to third parties (individual, corporates, or organizations), he/she will be required to forfeit or return the prize. - The image sources and fonts used in the emblems are encouraged to be the creations of entrants or license-free. - The Secretariat reserves the right to award fewer prizes, depending on the extent to which the entries meet the selection criteria. - The Contest Secretariat will dispose of unselected entries within three months of the end of the contest. - By submitting an entry, entrants agree that the 2021 UN Peacekeeping Ministerial Preparatory Secretariat has the right to use, refine, and distribute the winning entries. - In case of entries by a team, the certificate of recognition and prize money will be delivered to a representative of the team.
