Our laboratory leads state-of-the-art research in ultra-low temperature cooling systems for semiconductor manufacturing and eco-friendly refrigerant heat exchange technology, pushing the boundaries of high-efficiency, sustainable thermal engineering.

We address critical industrial challenges ranging from the development of ultra-low temperature chillers essential for advanced semiconductor fabrication to sustainable natural refrigerant applications designed to comply with global carbon regulations.

By combining rigorous theoretical modeling and CFD/system simulations with robust empirical validation, we focus on cultivating top-tier R&D engineers equipped with practical industrial expertise to drive the future of HVAC&R.
