2026년 1월 사용분에 대한 체육시설물 온라인 신청 안내입니다.

★ 교직원 신청기간 : 2025.12.30.(화) 10시~12시, 2025.12.31.(수) 10시~16시

★ 대학(원)생 신청기간 : 2025.12.30.(화) 14시~16시, 2025.12.31.(수) 10시~16시

★ 신청방법

- 교직원: [체육시설물예약] - [교직원 및 수업담당자 신청방법 안내] 메뉴 확인

- 대학(원)생: [체육시설물예약] - [대학(원)생 신청방법 안내] 메뉴 확인

※ 3시간 이상 행사를 진행하는 경우 부서(학과)를 통해 행사계획서 및 안전계획서가 첨부된 공문을 발송해주셔야하며

사전에 체육진흥원(051-629-6519 설대훈 주무관)과 협의가 필요합니다. [신청일(마지막 주 월요일) 일주일 전까지 공문 발송완료 되어야함, 행사일 기준 아님 주의!]

(2시간 행사의 경우라도 2회 이상 진행되어야하는 경우 체육진흥원과 사전협의가 반드시 필요합니다.)

※ 사용자 직접 신청 원칙이며 대리신청 불인정(적발시 신청 내역 삭제될 수 있음을 유의바람)

※ 체육시설물 이용제한으로 신청시간 10분 전부터 출입문 개방하오니 신청 시간에 맞춰오시기 바랍니다. (미리 개방해드리지 않습니다.)

※ 사용 신청 날짜를 최종 확인 후 신청 바랍니다.

※ 본교 소속이 아니거나 휴학생은 신청이 불가합니다

※ 체육시설물 예약현황은 [행정정보 - 시설 - 시설물사용 - 시설물예약현황] 에서 조회하여 확인가능합니다.

* 체육시설물 종류: 대운동장(인조), 대운동장(농/족구장), 대운동장(농구장), 대운동장(풋살장), 체육관(배드민턴코트 학생1~3, 교직원4~6), 테니스장(인조1~4. 마사5~6)

This is an online application guide for the use of sports facilities in January 2026.

★ Application Period for Faculty and Staff: December 30, 2025 (Tue) 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, December 31, 2025 (Wed) 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

★ Application Period for University Students: December 30, 2025 (Tue) 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, December 31, 2025 (Wed) 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

★ Application Method:

Faculty and Staff: Check [Reservation of Sports Facilities] - [Guide for Faculty and Staff and Class Instructors' Application] menu.

University Students: Check [Reservation of Sports Facilities] - [Guide for University Students' Application] menu.

※ Important Notes:

Submission of Event and Safety Plans: If the event lasts for more than 3 hours, a departmental (or academic unit) letter including event and safety plans must be submitted. Prior coordination with the Sports Promotion Foundation (Contact: Mr. Seol daehun, 051-629-6519) is required. The letter must be sent out one week prior to the application date (not the event date).

Direct Application by Users: Proxy applications are not accepted and will result in deletion of the application upon discovery.

Restriction on Facility Use: The entrance will be opened 10 minutes before the reserved time, and it will not be opened in advance. Please arrive on time.

Confirmation of Availability Before Application: Please double-check the date before submitting your application.

Eligibility: Applications are only accepted for students and faculty members of our university.

* Types of Sports Facilities Available:

Synthetic Turf Field (Large)

Grass Volleyball / Soccer Field (Large)

Basketball Court (Large)

Futsal Court (Large)

Gymnasium (Badminton Courts for Students 1-3, Faculty/Staff 4-6)

Tennis Courts (Synthetic 1-4, Clay 5-6)
