매학기 자료 제출하는 데에 문제 없도록 확인 부탁드리겠습니다.

1. 활동시간:  주당 12시간, 월~금 09:00~22:00

2. 활동보고서 작성시 유의사항

  가. 학생 개인별 수업(보강)시간, 컨퍼런스 등 기타활동 참석 작성 불가

  나. 외국인 학생 경우, 한국어 공부 및 개인시험, 논문작성 등 활동 실적으로 작성 불가

  다. 연구 조교/수업 조교로서의 내용만 명시

  라. 수업시간과 중복 불가

3. 매월 활동보고서 마지막 주 금요일에 제출 必

4. 연구실적 

  가. 해당 장학금을 3회 수혜받은 자는 3학기 내에 연구실적 1회 제출 必

    ※ 의무사항 및 연구실적 미이행 시, 이후 장학금 지급 대상 제외 및 소속학과 박사배정 시 패널티.

This notice is from the Interdisciplinary Program in Marine and Fisheries Convergence Science.

Please find attached the regulations and templates for Research Assistants (RA) and Teaching Assistants (TA). Kindly review them carefully to ensure there are no issues with submitting the required documents each semester.

1. Working Hours

   • 12 hours per week

   • Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 22:00

2. Important Notes for Preparing the Activity Report
   a. Individual class (make-up class) hours, conferences, or other personal activities of students must not be included.
   b. For international students, activities such as studying Korean, personal exams, or thesis/dissertation writing must not be reported as work activities.
   c. Only duties performed in the capacity of a Research Assistant or Teaching Assistant should be specified.
   d. Activities must not overlap with scheduled class hours.

3. Submission Deadline

   • The monthly activity report must be submitted by the last Friday of each month.

4. Research Output Requirement
   a. Students who have received this scholarship three times are required to submit at least one research output within three semesters.

   ※ Failure to fulfill this mandatory requirement or to submit the required research output will result in exclusion from future scholarship eligibility and may result in penalties when being assigned to a doctoral program within the affiliated department.
