< 신청자격 Eligibility Requirements >

- 기수료자 또는 수료예정자로 외국어 및 종합시험에 합격하고 지도교수의 추천을 받은 자 

※ 2022학년도 1학기부터 석사과정의 경우 외국어시험을 실시하지 않으며, 직전학기까지의 평점평균 4.3이상인 자는 종합시험을 면제함 

- 한국연구재단 등재(후보)지 이상 국내외 학술지에 제1저자 또는 교신저자로서 1편 이상 논문을 게재 완료한 자

- Individuals who have completed or are scheduled to complete the required coursework, who have passed the foreign language and comprehensive exams, and have received a recommendation from their advisor professor.

※ Starting from the first semester of the 2022 academic year, the foreign language exam is not administered for Master's programs, and the comprehensive exam is waived for individuals with a cumulative GPA of 4.3 or higher up to the previous semester.

- Individuals who have completed the publication of at least one paper as the first author or corresponding author in a domestic or international academic journal that is listed (or candidate for listing) with the National Research Foundation of Korea (NRF) or higher.

(2) 논문심사신청서 출력 방법 How to Print the Thesis Review Application Form

- 학위청구논문- 시스템위치: 대학원학사 > 졸업 > 졸업논문관리 > 졸업논문신청- 학사행정정보시스템에서 신청 후 논문심사신청서를 출력

- Degree Thesis – System Location 

: Graduate School Academic Affairs (대학원학사) > Graduation (졸업) > Thesis Management (졸업논문관리) > Thesis Application (졸업논문신청) -  Apply through the Academic Administration Information System (학사행정정보시스템), and then print the Thesis Review Application Form (논문심사신청서).

(3) 심사료 납부 Payment of Review Fee

- 납부대상자: 학위청구논문 심사 신청자

 ※ 대체실적 심사 신청자와 직전학기 심사기간 연장자는 심사료 납부 불요 

- 심 사 료: 석사 100,000원 / 박사 300,000원

- Payment Target: Applicants for the Degree Thesis Review.

※ Applicants for alternative performance evaluation and those who received a review period extension from the previous semester are not required to pay the review fee.

- Review Fee : Master's: KRW 100,000 / Ph.D.: KRW 300,000

< 학위청구논문 발표 전 Before the Degree Thesis Presentation >

(1) 교수님과 학위청구논문 발표일을 정한 후, 학과사무실에게 알릴 것 

(2) 포털에 신청한 논문 제목이 변경될 경우, 변경 전후의 논문 제목(국문 및 영문)을 학과 사무실 알릴 것

(3) 논문표절예방프로그램(Turn it in, 카피킬러) 출력물 1부, 학위청구논문 발표자료/심사용 논문 파일을 학과사무실에 제출할 것

(1) Determine the date for the degree thesis presentation with your advisor (professor) and notify the department office of the date.

(2) If the thesis title submitted on the portal is changed, notify the department office of both the old and new thesis titles (in both Korean and English).

(3) Submit the following to the department office:

- One copy of the plagiarism prevention program (Turnitin or CopyKiller) report/printout.

- The file for the degree thesis presentation material.

- The file for the thesis to be used for review/evaluation.

< 학위청구논문 합격 시 Upon Passing the Degree Thesis>

(1) 학위청구논문 완성본 2부 제출 (석사: 회색 레자크지 , 박사: 흑색 클로스 양장)

※ 교수님들게 드릴 완성본은 별도로 준비 

(2) 부경대 도서관의 '대학원 학위논문 온라인 제출법 교육' 수강 후 파일 제출 확인서 1부 제출 (국영문 모두 준비되어있음)

※ 학과사무실에서 수강 안내 예정 

(1) Submit two final bound copies of the degree thesis. 

(Master's: Bound in Gray Lezard paper (회색 레자크지) , 

Ph.D.: Bound in Black Cloth hardcover (흑색 클로스 양장))

※ Prepare separate copies of the final thesis to give to your advisors/professors.

(2) Submit one copy of the File Submission Confirmation after taking the 'Graduate Thesis Online Submission Training' offered by the Pukyong National University Library. (Training is available in both Korean and English).

※ The department office will provide guidance on how to take the training course.

< 학위청구논문 불합격 시 Upon Failing the Degree Thesis Review > 

- 심사기간 연장자는 별도 신청없이, 심사여부를 학과사무실에 알릴 것 

- 심사 기간 연장자는 심사료 납부가 면제되며, 연장은 직후 다음 학기 1회에 한해 가능함.

- Individuals with an extended review period (심사기간 연장자) must notify the department office of the review outcome (pass/fail) without a separate re-application.

- Individuals with an extended review period are exempt from paying the review fee. The extension is only possible one time, for the immediately following semester.
